Conservation, repair and alteration of a grade 2* eighteenth century town house in the heart of Chichester.

Work comprised the conservation of papier-mâché ceilings, timber panelling and lime plaster. A two storey extension was constructed to provide utility, laundry and bathrooms. The conservatory was rebuilt to match the original structure. Rewiring and re-plumbing were carried out. A new kitchen with ancillary storage facilitates were design, including a jib door. The garden was redesigned, including a pergola, and works to the loggia and fencing.
